The Spanish branding of automotive suppliers assesses its attendance to Automechanika Dubai

Automechanika Dubai held is 20th edition from 2nd to 4th of October at Dubai’s World Trade Center. They event gathered more than 1,900 exhibitors from 61 countries. This is the most important commercial international fair in the middle east region for the aftersale market and an excellent platform for automotive Spanish suppliers getting into wider markets such as Saudi Arabia and Iran. 

With this in mind, several brands belonging to the initiative Autoparts from Spain, such as AMC, Icer Brakes, FAE or Proquisur presented their innovative products, services and technologies in front of more than 52,000 International visitors who attended the fair and also interchanged knowledge and perspectives along the diverse forums scheduled during the event. Sernauto - Spanish association of automotive suppliers-, together with ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, also attended with its own stand with the goal to bring visibility and notoriety to the Spanish offer of automotive suppliers and promote actively the digital platform ‘Autoparts from Spain’. 

Mª Begoña Llamazares -Chief of Markets at SERNAUTO and spokesperson of the platform- assesses the participation: “The Middle East is a market every time more important for the automotive sector due to this industry’s continuous development growth and the increase of investment in these regions besides the setup of vehicle factories and their car park increase. The future of mobility in discussion at Automechanika Dubai 2023
