MOTORTEC 2025, the leading trade fair for the automotive and aftermarket industry in Spain, returns with a new edition that promises to exceed all expectations. Held by IFEMA MADRID, which belongs to the internationalization platform Autoparts from Spain, the event will take place from April 23 to 26 across 42,510 m² in Madrid, offering an unparalleled space for networking, innovation, and business development in the sector. It will also highlight aftermarket R&D through the Innovation Gallery and its prestigious awards, which will be presented in a special ceremony on the opening day.
With over 30 years of history, MOTORTEC has become a go-to event for the automotive and aftermarket industries in Southern Europe, attracting more exhibitors and international visitors each year. Two months ahead of the event, this edition has already set record participation figures, with 610 confirmed exhibitors, 38% more than in the 2022 edition, and an expected attendance of 65,000 professionals, including 33,000 workshop mechanics.
This edition will feature 206 foreign companies, marking a 151% increase compared to 2022. These companies come from 26 countries, with a strong presence from key European markets such as Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Portugal, reinforcing MOTORTEC’s position as a strategic industry event in Europe. Additionally, Motortec is backed by Autoparts from Spain, the platform that supports the international presence and competitiveness of Spanish automotive suppliers. This initiative, made up of leading manufacturers, plays a crucial role in promoting the quality, innovation, and technological capabilities of the Spanish industry to international buyers and distributors. The growing foreign participation at Motortec 2025 underscores the event’s global appeal and its role as a benchmark showcase for the latest trends and innovations in the sector.
Over four days, MOTORTEC 2025 will bring together key industry players, including manufacturers, distributors, and professionals from areas such as Spare Parts and Components, Workshop Equipment, Service Stations and Car Wash, Accessories, Tires, Batteries, and Commercial Vehicles. In addition, the event will feature an extensive schedule of technical and training sessions, organized in collaboration with key industry associations, ensuring attendees stay up to date with the latest R&D innovations.
Furthermore, for the first time, the event will also feature three new so-called "Fun Areas", dedicated to motorsports and speed enthusiasts. These include the first-ever Virtual Reality Simulator Competition known as Motortec Grand Prix, a classic car exhibition, and an exclusive showcase of Formula 1 and MotoGP legendary vehicles.
